To be accepted:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Products that have been worn, altered, or show signs of use can’t be returned.
  • Requests made after the 14-day window won’t qualify.

As soon as your return reaches us and passes inspection, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

  • Approved: Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method within a few business days.
  • Not approved: We’ll let you know why the return wasn’t eligible.

3. Haven’t Seen Your Refund Yet?
If your refund seems delayed:

  • Recheck your card or bank account.
  • Contact your card provider — some take extra time to finalize refunds.
  • Ask your bank — processing times can differ.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, don’t worry — we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

  • Our team will handle the rest and arrange a replacement

🚚 5. Shipping Items Back
Please reach out before sending a product back.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.
  • In some cases, this cost may be deducted from your refund.
